Amy Shelton

My name is Amy Shelton. I'm a junior art education student at Northern Illinois University. I grew up in the north west suburbs of Chicago in a relatively small town called Roselle, IL.  Originally when I started school at NIU I wanted to be a photography major, after working as a service contract in my high school's darkroom, I realized that I enjoyed seeing other students be able to suceed due to my advice and careful instuction. I hope to only learn more thoughout my time at Northern Illinois University. I'm very passionate about art, but also highly passionate about how art can be used as a tool for learning various subjects in various different approaches to difficult lessons.
